利用規約・プライバシーポリシー#
1. はじめに#
うにようかん（ 以下「当方」 ）は、アプリケーション（ 以下「アプリ」 ）を開発・運用しています。アプリのご使用によって、本規約に同意していただいたものとみなします。
本文書は日英の両言語で提供されています。日本語版と英語版の間に相違がある場合は、日本語版を優先するものとします。
2.収集する情報#
アプリのご利用に際して、以下の利用者情報を取得いたします。
2.1 アプリケーションの利用状況の収集#
当方のアプリでは、広告配信のためにGoogle AdMobを使用する場合があります。
広告配信のために広告IDを取得していますが、個人の特定を目的としておりません。

3. 個人情報の利用目的#
当方は、収集した情報を、お問い合わせに対する返信およびアプリの品質向上のために利用いたします。

当方は、利用目的が変更前と関連性を有すると合理的に認められる場合に限り、個人情報の利用目的を変更するものとします。
利用目的の変更を行った場合には、変更後の目的についてユーザーに通知、または本ウェブサイト上に公表するものとします。

6. 法令、規範の遵守と見直し#
当方は、保有する個人情報に関して適用される日本の法令、その他規範を遵守します。
本ポリシーの内容は、ユーザーに通知することなく、変更することができるものとします。
当社が別途定める場合を除いて、変更後のポリシーは、本ページに掲載したときから効力を生じるものとします。
7.免責事項#
7.1 保証の否認#
当方は、本アプリに関して、以下の事項について一切の保証を行いません。
アプリが利用者の特定の目的に適合すること アプリが正確性、完全性、有用性を有すること アプリに不具合やバグが含まれていないこと アプリが永続的に利用可能であること
7.2 責任の制限#
当方は、以下の事由により利用者に生じた損害について、一切の責任を負いません。
アプリの利用、利用不能、変更、終了に起因する損害 アプリを通じて取得したデータ・情報の消失 利用者のデバイスの故障や損傷 第三者による不正アクセスや情報の改ざん その他、アプリに関連して生じた損害 7.3 損害賠償 本アプリに関連して利用者に損害が発生した場合でも、当該損害が当方の故意または重大な過失による場合を除き、当方は一切の損害賠償責任を負いません。
7.4 アプリの変更・改善#
当方は、利用者に事前の通知なく、アプリの内容の変更、機能の追加や改善、利用制限を行うことができるものとします。
7.5 サービスの中断・終了#
当方は、当方の都合により事前の告知なくアプリの一部または全部の提供を一時中断することがあります。
当方は、当方の判断により事前の告知なくアプリの提供を終了することができます。
8. 著作権・知的財産権等#
著作権その他一切の権利は、当方又は権利を有する第三者に帰属します。
9. 禁止事項#
以下の行為を禁止します。
本アプリの不正利用 リバースエンジニアリング 当方の許可なく本アプリを複製・改変する事 その他、当方が不適切と判断すること

uni_yo_kan (hereinafter referred to as “We” or “Us”) develops and operates smartphone applications (hereinafter referred to as “the App”). By using the App, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.
This document is provided in both Japanese and English. In the event of any discrepancies between the Japanese and English versions, the Japanese version shall prevail.

The App we distribute may use Google AdMob for advertisement delivery.
We acquire advertising IDs for advertisement delivery, but we do not use them to identify individuals.

Even if damages occur to the user in connection with this App, we shall not be liable for any compensation for damages unless the damages are due to our intentional or gross negligence.
